• In the Connection tab, change Connection Type/Speed to LAN 10Mbs and make sure bps field changed to 10000000 after changing connection speed 
• After that, change the Default max. conn.number to 16. By default it has set to 8. 
• Finally click on OK

• Go to Start and open Run window 
• In the Run, type regedit and hit Enter 
• Now Registry Editor window will appear 
• Here you have to navigate HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > DownloadManager 
• Now look at right pane and find the string "Connection Speed" 
• Double click on it and change Setting Base to "Decimal". After that, increase its value data up to 100 
• Finally click on OK 
• Now close the registry editor and restart your computer once
